Thanks Ethanjt21,glad you like them.

Posted 2 more pics ( on the btm of the post )on how to make these scratchbuilt models sturdier.

Now I have enough light/Med meks ,light/med tanks & transports,I'll do some Heavy Meks/Dreads & Tanks next.

Thanks again

As I posted on the blog, the drill trick is brilliant!

You're welcome No such Agency,thanks.

Just be sure to use a mini drill with a variable speed so you can find the best speed for your needs.

You can use a drill to file, shape, grind, polish, sand, lathe etc etc.if you're feeling a bit adventurous you can make a support for the other end from 2 small diameter bearings fitted with the narrow end next to the other almost touching ( bolted to a solid block of wood ),this will create a Floating support.
Hope this can be understood if not I'll sketch it & post it .You can also secure down your mini drill using strong cable ties or some other fitting that doesn't crush the drill body. And last but not least do take care of your eyes ,bits do fly off especially at high speeds.

And finally remember that necessity is the mother of invention.
