Some of you may have seen the Egyptian Harem figures Indiegogo campaigns that Mike Burns has been running. The latest (No 3) is wrapping up in the next ten days. You can find it here:

A lot of people have been asking "what would I use the figures for?" I thought I'd try to answer that by providing an "Palace Intrigue Scenario" I've been working on.

You can find that thread here:

Looks like a neat scenario (and a heck of a lot of prep work!)

Well, I'm hoping to get the cards done up in a PDF that I will post a link to.

The "terrain" and figures are no different than any other game. They can be as elaborate or as simple as the gamers want. I mean, we've fought Retro-Sci/fi battles on a space station where it was just a gridded cardboard map. Others might have a suitable space station made to fight over. Same here. For a convention game I would certainly make a nice model, and that is my inclination anyway, but it could be played a quick and dirty way using drawn floor plans.

Actually, the playtests might get done that way…

I am sure I can use some of these with Historical Egyptian army. Love the character and animation.
