I'm looking to move into VSF and I plan to use a lot of Victoria Miniatures.

They're gorgeous models with both infantry and cavalry options, they're GW compatible and can do double duty as VSF Infantry or Imperial Guard, and they'll look right next to my Kroot "Martian Natives."

But I'd also like an African/Desert faction. I love Artizan Designs' "Arab Revolt" line, but I can't find any kind of a size comparison.

I know that Victoria Miniatures fit well against GW:

But I've only found one instance comparing GW to Artizan:

They seem compatible. (Or at least their WW2 figures do.) Does anyone know for sure if these two lines stack up? Are Artizan Designs' figures "Heroic" 28mm?

Based on the ones I own, I would think they compare favorably.

For your 'desert' faction, you might want to look at Ironclad Miniatures' Sanwar range.

I wouldn't of said that the slight difference should hold you back from getting some. Suitable enough for normal human body shape differences within a unit.

If your still unsure you can buy singles or small blisters for North Star who supply the Artizan range to the market.

I also give a shout out for the Sanwar range Master Womack suggests :)

Those Sanwar guys are pretty cool. I love the bandoliers.

I'll ask JUST to be thorough, are Ironclad Miniatures compatible with Victoria and GW?
