We sell dials to use for custom ships or as replacements for existing ships. link Tutorial for setting up the dial.

There is a gaming template editor called Strange Eons which has an excellent X-Wing Plugin. It generates the card and ship marker for you in the proper scale. You can also create the maneuver dial and upgrade cards. This is THE best I have seen. link |
