General Pettygree reacts to the loss of Suakin with a resolute show of force coloured with a singular and unusual tincture of obfuscation. See the Garrison of Alexandria on Parade and in the streets of Alexandria. Then go south to Kirbekan with Malusi Dosi where he commences a self-appointed mission. --- Here: link --- The photo story as usual advances almost entirely by briefly captioned images with a little narration. Pictures are worth a thousand words as the saying goes. --- Suggestion: Listen to marches as you read. --- Respectfully, Bill P. |

Everyone, Thank you for your kind sentiments! I appreciate all of them and you very much. And
. --- Texas Jack: Thank you for not giving the end away. --- I had a lot of fun with this one – well – I do with almost all the stories. I reluctantly tore down Alexandria's two sets this week. What has risen from the ashes is new and exciting. I can't wait to get them into future stories. --- Cheerio, Bill |
