I just posted a simplified ancients game on my blog. Mostly notes on what I want to do with a simple game to play with my kids. Hopefully I don't go too overboard to the point where it makes no sense to them.  The rules are incomplete. At some point in the near future I will have them in completed form…hopefully not more than about 4 pages. link John |

The rules you outline on the post seem like a really sound based for children friendly games. Hopefully you can get someone to play them with! |
