Great figures! I looked at the Georgians and the Trapezuntines, as well, and was impressed. I like the way all three armies have the same sort of basing--none of this half the battlefield green and theother half arid!

Again, very nice work!

Have you seen the 3.0 list for these yet?

When I played in the 3.0 BBDBA tourney at Genghiscon in Aurora on the 15th the lists provided for the Han were rather different.

P.S. Have some Irregular and Old Glory Turkomen and arabs primed waiting to be painted for this army. Right behind the Palmyrans, Celts, and Greeks…

Good looking figures and basing.

@ Grelber, Thank you for your kind words, I agree with you I also like to have my DBA armies along with their historical enemies based with the same flocking, as a matter of fact my DBA battle field playing area board is also textured/flocked the same format as my unit bases.

@Goragrad, Thanks for your comments James. no I haven't seen the 3.0 army lists. I am holding my breath though :o) until DBA 3.0 come out on the market and most likely roll my eyes and cringe like Groucho Marx ;o) once I studied the 3.0 rules/army lists…. wow sounds like you are busy as well with you armies/projects.

@ 79thPA, Joe I appreciate your kind words thank you Sir!

cheers,
Phil

Indeed. I introduced my nieces to DBA and they fairly quickly noted that I only had 3 armies available.. ..

As I had some partial armies from Ebay lots I thought I would flesh them out. However it had been some time since I had done any painting and it is taking a bit longer than anticipated (of course sidetracking to do up some Han CV and LH didn't help).

At any rate, once again your work is excellent.

Very nice looking army. You can use your 2 army as is for Three and you will have more options

Thanks Bob,
The options added: 3 Cv, 1 Art or 4Bd, will be useful or more to the point helpful for the Anatolian Turks. I see you mention 1 x spearmen (3Ax), 1 x spearmen (3Ax) is this correct or is it a typo error? Should it be 1 x spearmen (4Sp), 1 x spearmen (3Ax)?

anyway many thanks,
looking forward to DBA 3.0

cheers,
Phil

sorry for being cryptic
The two 3Ax are in separate options.

You can keep the 2 x 3Ax from 2 or take options for one of them

1 x spearmen (3Ax),
1 x spearmen (3Ax) or guns (Art) or [if home terrain is Littoral] marines (4Bw),

Also I see the 4Bd I noted is really a 4Bw.

Excellent! I have the spare figures to cover the Art and 4Bw
Thanks again Bob,
