All,

I finished up a couple more forces for my "imagination," Perplakistan, where the French Foreign Legion has been battling it out with local leftist insurgents backed by nearby Tumoria.

I used Pendraken's Aussies and an set of RPG gunners with bush hats from their Vietnam range for my Perplakistani government troops, though I'd say they can be used for a lot of different modern/semi-modern Africa scenarios.

The whole force, eight officers and fifteen stands of infantry.

Rifle stand showing a mix of M-16s, FNs, and RPGs. Some of the bases have an SMG, not sure of the make but looks like a Sterling to me.

Now for a little GreyPanda cheese: "Life's ruff in Perplakistan." Meant to put some black or dark gray on the dog, not just leave him brown.

Couldn't have some good guys without some bad guys. I finished up the last of my evil Tumorians using some Minifigs NVA I had lying around. I'm not all that proud of my work on these guys, but they'll do. I intend on using them as a paramilitary/IRGC/Fedayeen/Basij-type force.

The whole force, with two officers and seven rifle stands.

Well, I've been knocking forces out left and right, so stay tuned, I'm not done!

I must admit they look quite excellent Mr Jack…the camo looks superb (in any scale)I really love the way you're basing them, I think the overview shots of each army really emphasizes how well they're based and how distinctive each one looks.

But Jack for the last time can you please have a little consideration for those who may be hungry and refrain from your constant food references…your post was fine up until I found myself suddenly "paws" with this provocative photo:

which of course naturally made me think of this:

Thanks fellas, I appreciate it, and glad you liked them.

Panda-John, you are killing me. Who am I to say that you're a terrible person for eating teeny, tiny, ever so cute puppies? I was going to go a considerable bit further with this joke, but I don't wanna go to the Dawghouse (yuk yuk yuk)! You're cheesiness is rubbing off on me ;)

V/R,
Jack
