If you had to pick one figure/line of 2013 in any scale, what would you pick? It has to be a gaming figure no busts 90mm etc.

I would pick the Grim Old Fart center figure in Fife and Drum's "Spirit of '76" vignette.
I would really pick all 3, but since you phrased your request in the singular…

Ebor miniatures' WSS line, especially the Spanish Dragoons and infantry and the new artillery and crews. The whole line by Paul Hicks is absolutely superb. It covers English, Dutch, Prussian, Bavarian, French, Spanish, and Austrian foot. guns, and horse. Many special officers, mounted and dismounted. They are about to add the Swedish from the concurrent GNW.
