More than one Swiss army knife, and more than one survival kit.

I do sometimes travel without the kit and knife, but always take it on holiday… it's handy for wine bottle opening, and lots of other things.

I used to be a banquets and catering houseman. One day, we had a function for 1000 guests. For some reason, there wasn't a corkscrew in the whole hotel except for the corkscrew on my Swiss Army knife.
I saved the party :)

I have two Swiss army knives, invaluable bits of kit and I find them more useful than my leatherman apart from the lack of a decent set of pliers.

I have a SwissCard for daily use, and a Swiss Army knife for more serious stuff. The card gets used every day, too. multiple times.

My priorities when buying a Swiss Army Knife: as slim as possible, while still sporting a Phillips head screwdriver and a corkscrew. It rides in my glove compartment in my car, has for at least the last thirty years.

Have knife and was given card as gift and find them useful quite frequently.

And if you had ANY problem with them, you can used ANY shop which sold them.
I tried in Switzerland, France and Canada and they always change the bad piece Without cost.

I'm surprised the requirement doesn't list any more specific parameters for the Swiss Army knife. Size of blade, what tools, etc etc.
