new railway magazine with 1/76 train model arrived in UK stores today.

First train is a very nice 1938 Mallard at £2.99 GBP

Well worth a purchase for UK VBCW/WW2/Coldwar/Modern games.

Nice Monarch class train promised in second edition for £5.99 GBP and after that £9.99 GBP I think.

Have fun!

Isn't 1/76 traditionally considered 20mm?

Looks too small for 28mm

Eric

Yes too small for 28mm as 28mm figures usually used with 1:56 to 1:48 size vehicles.

This model is 1:76

I'll have to poke around for some older examples, I'm looking for pre-1900 designs…

May well find pre 1900 in subsequent issues.

Sadly only show the next 2 issues on the site.

I am hoping for some earlier too.
