Dude, nice work.

Just make sure you're wearing respiratory protection when filing PVC. All fine dust is bad, but PVC dust especially so.

Big fan of DIY minis, +1

Very clever!

Where did you get the PVC?

I carve wood to relax from time to time and I'm fairly good at it too, never thought to do it for my hobbies "DUH". PVC what a great choice as well.

Very nice, you should post them over on Starship Combat News as well.

PVC source? I would probably hit the scrap bin at my local Plastics Supply or Manufacturer.

I generally use Polystyrene and Acrylic….

Thanks all for the good advice & the new link.
I posted it to Starship combat also.

Pvc is found at signpost makers etc.& they have ( usually free :):):) }off cuts.

Perhaps the material I'm using is not actually Pvc but for sure it is not Polystyrene ( I call Pvc as a generic material). It is soft that's why it's better for carving than Poly or Acrylic specially small things.

Go ahead War monkey but keep in mind its different from carving wood or clay ( I have worked on both ), as you would know, every material has its properties. For sure blades have to be sharp.

I think you can also build larger things, I have 10mm bits also but for some reason these are harder than the 3 or 5mm ones.

Thanks
Z
