When setting up terrain for wargaming trees are often an issue. A piece of felt with a couple of single based trees rarely give the effect of a wooded area. Even more so when using 10mm scale or smaller. Trees that look decent also tend to cost a fair bit, and we realized that it would be a hefty investment if we bought the number of trees we had in mind.

The Barb's Battle Bunker tree canopy looked nice for 28mm. A bunch of dowels with a layer of green on top
