After slogging through a number of T64s of late, I needed to start balancing out my 3mm forces and prepped some British armor I just recently ordered.

That's amazingly great for 3mm figures!

Nice, why based in pairs?

Tally Ho!

Yay, proper tanks. My Chieftans are based in threes, but they are 2mm, not 3mm.

The reason I went for two per base were based on a couple of factors. The first was the fact that I like operational vs tactical, so I was not trying to get them to look the part of platoons or companies. The second was rather cosmetic, I wanted to mount them on round bases which are poker chips… I see your T64 and raise you a Chieftain… Three tanks would have looked like the tank density in Flames of War.

I don't really have a gaming group so I am building projects that I can enjoy by myself or with friends that may enjoy the beer drinking portion of gaming than the game itself. I want to represent many of the different forces so I had to pick a scale that would allow me the flexibility.

Yes Creative, when I saw you other thread I realised that you were going for the Operational!

Tally Ho!
