I was curious to see if others have had to make use of Antenocitis' customer service and what their experiences were like.
I recently made an order through their site for the Assault Troop of the Fate Amenable to Change vehicles. When I received my package, I discovered that I had been sent the HQ Troop bundle instead. I have sent two emails so far and have received no response.
Is this standard practice for them?

No – definitely not. Your email's probably in a queue. I'll get the link here to him if i can.

Unusual. My experience has been quality product with exceptional service. I'm confident it will get sorted out asap.

Well, that is encouraging to hear. My concern is that my emails have either gone to their junk or spam folders. I have had friends order from them in the past and have received good service. But this is the first time that any of us have had to report a mispacked item.

I have no issue with needing to wait my turn if there is indeed an email queue. Antenocitis produces some truly awesome items. Just some sort of notification that they are aware of the issue would be nice.

Antenocities customer service in all aspects is normally

second to none, if I only ever had the opportunity to

recommend 1 company to all gamers it would be them.

Have no fear they will fix this uncharacteristic hiccup.

Order from them with the utmost confidence.

Hi Sulzer, We don't work over the weekend but Nadine is dealing with this for you today.

I know it's a bit 'old hat' in these days of the interweb, but – were I in the UK – I'd have called them on the phone.

I've found them very, very helpful.

Having said that, I don't know where you are based so that may not be as easy for you as it is for me.

Thanks for the update Dee. I received my email from Nadine this morning.

I am of the same mindset as you John. I would much rather communicate via phone. Much is lost in the way of conveying one's message or standpoint when the human voice is removed. However, unfortunately for me, I am not located in the UK.
