The question is could some 10mm figures work for young adult or children for 15mm gaming, for Zombie games, sci-fi colonist and so forth |

I would say so. most rules use the save movment and firing ranges for 10mm and 15mm castings. Often the question some have is the mounting. I use the same mounting for both scales. In fact with some manufacturers the casting bases of both scales are very close in size. |

If you can find unarmed or easily disarmed figures, they should work fine. remember that guns, helmets, etc are almost always the same size regardless of who is carrying them. |
