While a nice sculpt, I wonder about an 18th C sculpt of a "musketeer" with her knockers hanging out. Nice knockers, BTW. Obviously, I am not the target market. |

Unless she is a very petite female, that musket is hugely out of scale. Looks more like a wall gun or a punt gun than a standard SYW era infantry flintlock musket. Jim |

ColCampbell is right – I'm about 5'4" and the Brown Bess musket I used in reenactment wasn't that tall next to me. And if Hannah Snell had been much shorter than me, the recruiting party would probably not have accepted her! IIRC, Hannah Snell's gender was not discovered until she was wounded, so the concept of her displaying her bosom as depicted in the figure is completely inappropriate if the intent is to portray the historical Hannah, rather than simply to produce another titillating female figure. |

Heh, heh. He said "titillating". |

You are all right, the gun was too large. Here you can find a shortened firelock: imageshack.com/i/nanttzj Yes, it's just another "titillating" figure, not the real historical Hannah Snell. |
