Can some of you WW2 Gamer-Grognards point out a few of the best websites for TO&E research? My search on Google seems to come up with either sites with sparse information or stuff for specific games. I would think that there would be a couple of uber-sites out there, but I can't find them...

Thanks!

Here's another.

But why would you need realistic TO&Es?

This one is pretty good as well – if you want to know how many armoured trains Army Group North deployed during Barbarossa….

Many of the German TO&Es use the German notation rather than the more familiar NATO ( old standard ) .

Sorry to be dense Mobius, but was that a joke? Or part of a serious point?

Perhaps both a joke and a serious point?

For 1944 U.S. I use this:

There are orbats for all combatants for France 1940 at link

The Battlefront WWII site has a wide selection of orbats for their game system (one can reverse engineer the 'actual' troop strengths from them)

Only if you know whether the orbat writer rounded up or down; one of the reasons I dislike ratio representation such as 1 model = 2 tanks, how do you cater for units with odd numbers of vehicles?
