I have posted a number of photographs of just a few of the SYW era models created by the very talented Ed Phillips. Many of you may remember Ed from his days as the Major Domo of Wargames, Inc. awhile back. I feel fortunate to have a field bakery and a substantial fleet of Conestoga wagons and 18th Century ammunition wagons in my own collection of terrain pieces and models.

Here is an example some of the wonderful models that Ed makes and brings to the Seven Years War Association convention each year.

Ed employs all manner of bits and pieces and parts to build his models. His wagon models often sport wheeels from Old Glory and the Minden Prussian Pioneers figures seem to find diverse employment as French pontoon workers, field bakery and field mill and forge workers, etc.
