The new year is starting right, we are doing Ligny and Quatre Bras together. 1 inch is 100m and one figure is 100men

The board is 15 feet by 5 1/2 Feet.

It is a shame that most of the photos are out of focus.

Many new ones are coming we added the roman road and I will be editing. I just wanted to show scale with this bunch.

It's all good! Wish I had space like that to leave things up. My ambition is to do one of those 2-story sheds some day but I may just have to settle for an extra room in a new house :-)

Looks like a great set up but invest in tripod. I suspect camera shake, more than focussing, problem. Some of those gamers need to get a bit more exercise maybe? Some big lads there, could do with a work out!

An interesting set up to have both Ligny and QB battles concurrent. Best wishes for the upcoming grand action LordGhee. Please post a TMP report link when completed.

My gaming group did Ligny 1815 at the 2012 HMGS-PSW summer convention in Los Angeles. Used a scale 50 yds/inch and 1:100 miniature ratio.

Am I looking at the right thing? I don't remember Hawker Typhoons being prsent at Ligny or Quatre Bras

LordGhee,

What rule system are you planning on using with 1:100.
Did I see it correctly in blurred pics, the units will fight in batallions like WarRabbits system used for the Ligny refight part I & II?
Just curious.

This is a home system. the French are in Battalion stands. the Prussian kind of. Also 6 figures. Much of the Prussian regiments are 3 stands of Musketeers and one of Fusiliers. With 3 regiments a brigade and some Jagers. The amount of guns is just . . .

Turns are twenty minutes and move is simultaneous.

LORDGHEE07 Jan 2014 11:16 a.m. PST

the Scale works well with each player gets a corp.

You must be looking at the 1944 battles.

Deadhead it might be shake but since one is fine and next is blurry it probably auto focus flash thingy according to a photographer friend.
