Dreamforge Eisenkern "Clone" Troopers

Well 1st – happy new year to all of you!

I participated in the Dreamforge Kickstarter and received my minis last year.
I was absolutely blown away by the quality of this plastic miniatures.
Simply some of the best 28mm kits around!!!

Took me some time, but here are the 1st plastic Eisenkern err "Clonetrooper".

The bodies and all equipment are from Dreamforge, the heads are from the OOP WotC bendy Star Wars game.

They are also another good example for my new book: Future Combat!
High Tech Infantry Platoon Fast or Light Support Elements;
Multirole Combat Suit Special Forces Squad – 200 points; Options: 2* Laser Carbine (0 points),
1* Laser Assault Weapon (+50 points), 1* Anti Tank Guided Missile Launcher (+55 points),
1* Medic upgrade (+25 points), Overall Cost: 330 points

Looks like there is an opening for someone like Victoria Miniatures to bring out a sprue of metal not-clone-trooper heads.

Good call bsrlee.

ditto, clonetrooper/stormtrooper type helmets would be a great thing

I can only agree, aftermarket Helmets for the SW franchise would sell like hell!

Bobas Helm, Clonetrooper, Stormtrooper etc etc

Whoa!

Great swaps and use of bits. Has some great possibilities.
Now for the couple of 15mm projects to get going and Clones can be had in many many scales.

I saw those out shopping for someone else and had to have them for myself. I'm going with the straight out of the box figures -- no head swaps.

These are fantastic!

I can only support the OP – the plastic frames are among the best on the market, and show a degree of thought and detail that speaks highest praise to its creator.

Imho the best plastic set available for 32mm SF troopers, providing you can handle multi-part miniatures.

AUSGEZEICHNET! I have some unassembled Eisenkern Stormtroopers and a bunch of WOTC Stormtroopers just laying around, so I think I will try and copy some of your conversions.

They look like they'd also be a good choice for Halo style Spartans, the bodies I mean…
