Undaunted by the big game on 28th December, here's another Napoleonic game fought today in 15mm using Shako rules …

Wow, that was a pretty massive game, especially for two players. very nice looking too. How long did the game last?

Thanks,

John

Very nice looking game. What did you think of The Shako rules?

Thanks

And how are they compared to Shako 2?

Beautiful game! I am not a Napoleonic player per se but have played a couple of games of Shako and liked the ease of the mechanics.

Great looking game!

We played Shako for many years at our local club and I enjoyed it – its main proponent used to regularly frontally charge artillery batteries with his heavy cavalry. This was frequently a successful strategy, though on reflection it now seems very ahistorical, so might be worth making a house rule to discourage that :)
