Greetings all!

New on my blog is a look at pack ACW-30 from the Perry Miniatures range of models.

As well as a quick review of scale and quality, there are a couple of tips on painting the colour red, and highlighting grey.

Do you paint unprimed figures?

I like the "cold grey" color.

No, I use either a white, or black undercoat first.

I tried painting bare metal once about 24 years ago after reading an article where some one claimed that priming was unnecessary as paints not longer 'attack' the metal or some such. It was the LAST time I ever tried that.
