Brigade Games indeed *did* a small 'Characters of Gevaudan' set -in relation with the 'Gloire' rules IIRC, but they appear to be OOP. No young lady in riding habit, then. Such appear in the old Tradition / Willie range, and Minden Miniatures have a riding lady in tricorne.
Laughing Monk (now sold by Eureka) indeed offers a handful of 'emphatically NOT Brotherhood of the Wolf' miniatures link
'The Scarlet Woman' = Sylvia
'Miss Delina' = Marianne de Morangias (in hunting gear)
but I'm afraid they are closer to 35mm.
The same for Fenryll 'Chasseur de sorcière'

Some 'armed civilian' figures of F&IW could be suitable, e.g. from Galloping Major link
(an 'armed' Catholic priest would have a black collar edged white).
Don't forget Outpost Wargame Service 'Highwaymen'
linkFoundry also have some.
Several Black Scorpion 'rogues and pirates' are also suitable, some even in long coat with raised collar:
Magificent Egos (male) Pilgrim and (female) Pilgrim reincarnate also look (looked?) the part for such adventures
With their two-handed sword they specially look (looked?) like 'monster hunters' of the
Witcher type
linkEnigma miniatures link Catherine does have a 18th C. 'look'
(image from
link -but nothing compels you to paint her with metallic greaves).
Some Privateer Press Arcane Tempest Gun Mages -those without steampunk goggles- despite their '40K' shoulder pads, with a little goodwill can be used as 18th C. SWAT
