Junker Insurgent Trucks. Here are all 4, some shiny and done proper and some not so shiny and done the Junker way.

I have to admit that I had my doubts about that model. But seeing it all painted up, it really looks great! Nice Fast Show reference, by the way. |

Those look great! Not nearly as fast as these 6mm vehicles though.

I have to admit that I had my doubts about that model. But seeing it all painted up, it really looks great!.
Indeed. I noticed that the feedback for these when the WIPs were posted was most tepid compared to the WIP renders of my CAD Pathfinders.
I think it goes to show how used we are to seeing nice pretty digital renders in sci-fi gaming and get a bit disappointed when we see traditional masters. It is a shame in a way as I guess most of us have traditionally made models and are very happy with them once painted. From a makers point of view, if sales continue as they are on the Junker trucks I will have got back the money invested to bring them to market fifty times quicker than on my digital printed Pathfinder masters. People want the pretty CAD models but they cost soo much more.. Anyway, just how many Orks are you painting L4? |
