Needs some red stars, a tactical number, and a big patriotic slogan painted on the turret sides, but other than that, it's pure Dwartist genius

Soviets didn't do that after WWIi, nor did the Russians post-USSR, so not sure it would fit with Nova Respublik. Dwartist may put some tac numbers on it, however. It also has a mudguard in the front to be added (the tracked version, that is!). But these splendid paintups give an excellent idea of the look and feel of the kit. Am waiting for the resin sales castings but it will go up for sale as soon as they are in. |

Jon, Oh, I'm more than a little cognizant of the changes in Red Army policies and procedures than the average bear; I was merely indulging in my usual deranged artistic flights of fancy (and I have shamelessly co-opted WW2 Red Army practice on more than one sci fi project over the years, if only because it follows the Rule of Cool
). Dwartist did indeed capture the rich detail and style of this, your latest bit of most excellent kit. I personally think that these will be among your more popular offerings once you put them up for sale

Well, we'll see! It's a bit of an experiment, to release an updated AFV when I already have established and popular vehicle kits in the same range. |

I will pick up 3 I already have 3 of every other variant. I use obsolete models along with the higher tech ones. I justify the doctrine by relegating obsolete models to recon or infantry support. |

Well, we'll see! It's a bit of an experiment, to release an updated AFV when I already have established and popular vehicle kits in the same range. And the Red Army had as many as half a dozen different iterations of MBT all operating together at the same time IIRC, so your point was precisely hat again
?
Personally, I think that this will only enhance the overall appeal of your Neo-Sov line all the more, as you've now got everything from the favored client states, the satellite planetary governments, the assorted revolutionary movements, the reservist Neo Sov units, the bulk of the main Neo Sov regular army units, the Guards Army units, and the really elite/politically connected NKVD/KGB analogue units all covered, much as there were T-54s, T-55s, T-62s, T-72s, T-80s, T-90s, T-10s, T-10Ms, and all variants in between making up the Red Army's Cold War tank park (along with BTR-50s, BTR-60s, BTR-80s, BMP-1s, BRDM-1s, PT-76s, BTR-152s
). I think this one is going to sell out fairly quickly. Leland R. Erickson Metal Express metal-express.net

Only three of each? Isn't that like having only three of each variant of the T-34? I thought Red Army tanks always traveled in packs of thirty or more even on a slow day

Lots of nine minimum. I like how the design moves forward as I'm using Red Banners with my RPK. My space Russians will now get this bad boy. |

That tank and its paintjob are looking wonderful. Any other surprises to start the new year? Maybe, I don't know, a recognizable drop ship to go with the Caiman? |

hmmm I was resisting using an MBT-type vehicle in my favorite army. They're the remnants of a genetically engineered force (represented by GZG NSL and Rebel Titan Scouts), fleeing from and opportunistically striking at a much larger alien empire as represented by my friend's army, so they mostly have aircraft/light vehicles
but when this gets released, they'll be singing to a different tune. TL;DR: That tank is just waaaay too cool, even for Khurasan |

Just keeps looking better and better. Hurry up and reopen already, my wallet's starting to feel too safe and secure right now! :P |
