Ganesha Games has Fear and Faith, based on their Song of Blades and Heroes mechanics. I've never played it, but I've played and enjoyed SBH.

Empire of the Dead – although it's 28mm steampunk and it's more gang warfare where each gang is a particular type (werewolf, zombie, vampire, secret society) – if you want a more Necromunda/Mordheim type ruleset.
