"Asqueroso" is a very funny name!. (smile).
There is not an exact translation in english, more near is "nasty".(Repugnante).

"Disgusting" would be a close translation to Asqueroso.

Very close, but not exaclty as we mean "Asqueroso" in spanish. It's the worst word for a guy!. (smile).
If a female said to you that you are "Asqueroso" for her, you have to kill you in the spot!. (smile).
