Here is another concept piece of the 80's Finnish infantryman

m62 camouflage suit
KvKK 62 LMG
m62 style helmet (teräskypärä) with camo cover
1960 Webbing

Color artwork to follow and then 15mm greens :)

Off head it looks very convincing; then again it has been 25 years since I served.

The helmet currently looks like it is bare and without a cover so it should be slightly puffier

Heh, I could've sworn that the jacket had two breast pockets but like said, it has been a while…

Did you say…15mm?

Sweet!

Armiesarmy10 Dec 2013 6:02 a.m. PST

Yep 15mm :)

It is a bare helmet. I will be adding the camo cover onto the final sculpt

The pocket had one chest and one waist from what I have seen. Id love to be corrected though..so Ill have more of a look!

Cheers

One chest pocket on jacket, one cargo pocket/two slit pockets on pants:

Heh, I could've sworn that the jacket had two breast pockets but like said, it has been a while…

I have served more recently, but my M62 camo jackets all had just one breast pocket – and that was quite small and closed with a button.

We were also issued with the more modern M91 uniforms – those had much more pockets, and also proper zippers for closing them.
