I've been working on this thing for what seems like forever. First I built it and then it sat on a shelf. Then I primed it and it sat on a shelf. Then I base colored it AND it sat on a shelf. I finally started working on painting it in earnest.
The idea is to portray a bulky trans-stellar ship capable of landing on a planet to deploy troops and then support them once there. I went with a green base color over which I am painting a sort of warpaint in the general depiction of a skull instead of nose art. -Eli |

A batmobile from the new movies. I used what I had, the cheap remote control version. Got it at a thrift store. It's a bit squish compared to the actual vehicle. A vehicle like in the model above would make less of a hunchbacked beast. -Eli |

I actually like the look of yours better. looks less like a batmobile so MORE like something of your very own! |

looking at it it almost could double in 28mm as an upgunned version of Samus Aryan's gunship from the METROID games

Thanks folks. I am happy folks enjoy it. Back when I started scifi wargaming this was pretty much how we had to do it for vehicles. -Eli |
