This is a Shapeways Belter Cruiser – these belters are possibly my newest favoritest starships.

Very cool, even without the fancy background. :)

I have seen the renders(?) on Shapeways. Is that the actual model or a digital image? Either way it is beautiful.

great scenery! I saw the ships of this faction, it's very tempting!

It is a picture of a miniature photoshopped onto a background.

I keep looking at shapeway but have not taken the plunge yet.

Was there a lot of clean up needed on that ship?

None. I just washed it with dish washer soap, let it dry, spray primed and then painted. I did not have any absorbtion problems folks talk about.

I should say "them" as I bought about 15 of the Belter ships.

Thanks Virtualscratchbuilder. A pretty pictures is just what I needed to push me over the edge. Im going to order some Belters. A nice thing about them is that a whole fleet of consistent designs is available. Just wish Studio Bergstrom had picked this line up as he has other of the sculptors models. When cast they cost about 1/2 what you pay on Shapeways.
