With the long holiday weekend I had the opportunity to due some gaming. Wednesday evening my son and I finally played out this battle which had been set up for over a week waiting for an opportunity.

"On my 'to do" list. If you haven't done so, read "Brave Men's Tears" by Gaff." 100% agree…Also anything by Lance Herdegen and of course the classic "Iron Brigade" by Alan Nolan that started them all. Not to much I have not read on the Iron Brigade which is why this scenario was a must. |

Great AAR. Looks like your opponent (son?) made the mistake of charging right in without firing to disorder the Black Hats! I'd say it was a newbie mistake, except that Stonewall did the same thing!! |
