link Review of The Roman Army on my blog. Bought it on clearance at Barnes and Noble the other week. I went through and read it. It helped my brush up on my Roman history and some Latin. I just have one more non-fiction book to read, The German Army on the Somme: 1914-1916, and then I'll be caught up with my military history reading. Blake |

How timely! I've just been checking out books on this topic & narrowed it down to two. Do you know anything about this: A Companion to the Roman Army by Paul Erdkamp |
