No.
But your post has got me thinking about giving it a try.
I've got a large collection of 15mm SCW.
Although I haven't tried the new edition of Square Bashing yet(I'm currently painting an Austro-Hungarian WW1 force for it)I think it's got all the elements needed to give a good divisional size SCW game.
