Briefcase is basically a rectangle of thick plasticard or putty. Trivial conversion.

Wargames Factory's Zombie Vixen sprue has briefcases, though. Should be reasonably easy to find someone with spares. Unless they've gone for that corporate zombie look.

And I think I see some boobage, Armand, so it's either a girl or a tranny.
