So I finally start catching up on my blog with the things I painted last month. First up are the Brandenburger Hussaren:

Hope you enjoy them;

Burkhard

And just as a short pre-view (more clickable pictures and historic info on the blog):

Very nice Burkhard. You need some Poles now to oppose them!

Thanks Rodger!

Your Poles are high on my to buy list. Unfortunately I am being made redundant at the end of the year and there were a couple of unexpected bills lately, so there is no budget for that! *Frown*

I painted the same figures and same unit. Lots of lace; lots of work. Looks great.

Thats terrible Burkhard; I hope you find a new job.

If you email me via the Murawski Miniatures website I'll put together some samples for you as an early Christmas present.

Nice gesture, Roger! Burkhard, being made redundant is unfortunate and I hope you find something better soon. I enjoy your blog and photos of the well painted Brandenburger Hussaren. Thank you for posting.

Thank you guys!

@Esquire: have fun with them. The lace drove me bonkers, too. I found it best to paint them as a huge white block and then paint the blue between the lace.

@Rodger: Thank you a lot… Will do!

@Condetta: I am keeping my fingers crossed!

Fabulous-looking unit!

Great looking unit as always Burkhard and I have empathy for the position you are in and you have my sympathies, I hope things turn around for you soon. Best of luck!

Nice painting.

Chin Up Burkhard – You can't keep a good man down for long!

Thank you guys!

I am sure something new will present itself, it will just take a little while!
