Here are some pics of the Shrike with various crew and weapons add-ons for the Federal Army. SPAR crew will be made as well.

Driver and rider:

The driver can fit on either the right or left side, as you prefer. grin

Autocannon and gunner (there are actually two autogunner poses, for some variation in Shrike Troops):

Missile launcher and missileman:

Nice vehicle!

Lots of potential for add-ons, kitbashes and modelling on stowage.

A simple, effective little rig that does the trick nicely.

There's an anti-grav version as well, with four grav pods rather than wheels! grin

I don't do too much 15mm myself, but those look good!

Bashytubits24 Oct 2013 10:23 a.m. PST

Oooh, I see some sci fi chariot races coming! Why ram your competitor when you can blast em with a rocket launcher. grin

Sloppypainter24 Oct 2013 10:24 a.m. PST

Oh yah! These will go nicely with my growing horde.

Goober24 Oct 2013 10:41 a.m. PST

I see a civilian version with two grav-boards on the top and a grav-bike on a trailer.

zonk7624 Oct 2013 11:02 a.m. PST

Will there be crew for the Exterminators as well?

Very cool, and a definite buy!!!

khurasanminiatures24 Oct 2013 11:06 a.m. PST

Yeah, actually I completely forgot that -- I've got to get it to the Exterminator's sculptor….

zonk7624 Oct 2013 11:09 a.m. PST

Yes, it has four engines like the Phalanx has, which fit on the axles. grin

Jon, excellent. Would you consider making these engines available separately for those of us who want to convert diecast vehicles to sci-fi skimmers? I've made this suggestion to others who haven't taken up the ball, but I think this is a potentially popular item if someone would just put them out there.

I approve of the post above.

For one of the crew poses, can we get a guy with his foot propped up on the edge of the door weapon covering the side?

If you've got 3d printed crews, the door gunner can probably be mirror-imaged.

khurasanminiatures24 Oct 2013 3:08 p.m. PST

Vast majority of my figures are still sculpted in putty. All my vehicles are digitally designed.

A Grav version you say….. Now I am less than happy with today's employment conversations…..

USMEADS24 Oct 2013 5:15 p.m. PST

Neat little vehicle! Unique and original. Would be nice to see someone paint this up for a photo shoot. Thanks for posting the photos!

Umpapa24 Oct 2013 10:38 p.m. PST

Excellent. I hope You will make civilian / irregular crew for all of us demanding in the past technicals of tomorrow.

Barks124 Oct 2013 11:20 p.m. PST

I would drive one of those.

Atropos90725 Oct 2013 11:14 a.m. PST

That would look cute painted like a halo warthog.

khurasanminiatures15 Dec 2013 8:26 a.m. PST

Update -- I've received the SPAR crew and gunners so the Shrike is going into production. Should be available in a month or so.

Twoball Cane15 Dec 2013 10:21 a.m. PST

So this and the clear horizon buggies look similar in some ways…
I'm thinking of them like Ford's and Chevy's….

Maybe their bitter rivalry went into the 22-23century….perhaps even to armed conflict :0

Chevy man myself…friends don't let friends drive Ford's!!!!!

Heinz Good Aryan16 Dec 2013 7:56 a.m. PST

Golan207216 Dec 2013 8:46 a.m. PST

khurasanminiatures17 Dec 2013 7:29 a.m. PST

Well, as I said, in a month or so. grin
