Those look great.

I really wish all these companies would stop making so much cool stuff in 15mm. Its really testing my resolve to not start another new scale. :)

You'd have to ask Robin from Gruntz to be sure, but it looks like a repaint of one of the Monsterpocalypse figures…

Eli Arndt17 Oct 2013 8:17 p.m. PST

I believe that is a Monsterpocolypse monster.

Agreed Twoball Cane, I just find 28/30mm have a high lack of diversity and interesting miniature ranges, a lot of companies copy and or make similar miniatures to a certain game system :/ ( something I aim to change :P).

However really if comes down to gaming scale and painting, for painting yea 28/30mm for infantry is the scale were you will get the most detail out of. Vehicles are more sensible to paint in 15mm I find.

However we could talk about game scales, in which case, I feel 28/30m as individually based units, should probably not go to larger scale games but stay at skirmish and RPG style games, as the scale doesn't really work well at a larger scale game I find IMHO.

15mm I feel is a lot better of a scale for that kind of combat ;).

So its all everyone's own views, but I think 15mm is best at being the scale that is the meeting point between 28/30mm and 6mm miniatures ;).

Dammit, those pods when painted up so well, look offensively good… must resist, must resist….

Kind regards
