Hi All

Just tuck up a new Weapon of Mass Delusion on my blog. It was supposed to be a quicky, but five weks later…

sigh.

1,950 rivets.

Hope you like!

And here I am still trying to figure out how to build my Victorian time machine… :(

Anyway, bloody good work.

That is absolutely fantastic. So good. It goes together so incredibly well – I shall never want to get rid of "bits 'n' bobs" again for fear that I should miss the opportunity of starting a project like yours.

Many thanks for sharing.

Well, the Colonel does it again. In stealth mode, this time, no less!

Good work, sir! And probably a welcome break from the sextupedal vacation home.

DLIinVSF13 Oct 2013 9:19 a.m. PST

What a beauty!

Nice work!!

jpattern213 Oct 2013 10:02 a.m. PST

Nice! Cool use of a cooling fan.

Norman D Landings13 Oct 2013 10:56 a.m. PST

That, sir, is a thing of beauty.

I would volunteer to crew that marvel of the mechanical age at the drop of a Harris Tweed hat.

D A THB13 Oct 2013 3:59 p.m. PST

Thats very cool, I hope you do a Demo gate at Call to Arms next year with all your goodies.

jgibbons13 Oct 2013 4:47 p.m. PST

At last a use for dead whisper fans!

Colonel O Truth13 Oct 2013 5:25 p.m. PST

Thanks, All! Glad this one is popular – I really wasn't sure if it was going to work.

D A THB – I am definitely planning to do Call To Arms next year. It's early yet, but at this point I'm tempted to run two tables if I can – a participation game for The Rules With No Name using Leadwood again, and one for a GASLIGHT skirmish aboard Lord Smudgington Smythely-Smythe's Hydraulically Motorvated Sextupedal Land-Traversing Vacational Domicile.

I could also consider a GASLIGHT battle incorporating the forces of Her Majesty against The Nefarious Doktor Nefarious. Possibly a different thing each day…

I'll need volunteers.

A bit bold, don't you think? Less than a year away!

At last a use for dead whisper fans!

Scary thing is, I saw several small ones yesterday at a thrift store for next to naught, and only held back by 'what if they aren't dead yet…' ;->=

It's good to set goals, Doug. And I like a challenge.

As for the live ones… be merciless!

DrJackson30 Oct 2013 5:41 p.m. PST

It's a great model so well done on your efforts.

Cheerio.

John Treadaway03 Nov 2013 2:30 p.m. PST
