Digging through my books for background with no luck. I known the Egyptians as a sand color.. But the Syrians are a mystery.. Hopefully someone here will have a answer. My khurasan troops are mount on washer, primed. Paint fresh and black boots… Help!!

Lots of the early Syrian camo was either Pakistani, French or influenced by them. link
