Is there a line of 15mm to 20mm figures that includes the main factions from The Lord of the Rings?

Look at Fighting15s or Eureka minis, although not officially LOTRs they are very voles and lovely figures.

I have a load of the Man Orcs (Uri Khai), Orcs and Beast Riders

Follow the fantasy links and I have some painted examples

Nice painting. Any chance you could add a "Follow by eMail" spot to your BLOG?

Caesar makes 20mm plastic Elves, Orcs and Goblins. Saxons, Normans and early crusaders, made by several brands, may stand in for Rohan and Gondor.

Thanks for your help. Those Eureka figures look fantastic and the Khurasan's will make good Goblins. Any suggestions for hooded rangers or Hobbits?

Hi Mark Ryan,

I will look at doing that, not sure how it is done so please be patient.

I am currently painting up more fantasy figures, slowly working through my lead pile!

Thanks. I'm amazed at the amount of character sculptors have managed to put into these different lines of figures. Labours of love.

My first figures from Magister Militum arrived today. Hobbits, Rangers and some sheep and goats. Very nice looking figures they are too.

Splintered Light makes some excellent halflings and rangers:

here's my review of them with some photos of them painted up as Dunedain: link

I used the Normans and Goths from 15mm.co.uk's Isarus range for Gondorian and High Elven cavalry, but they could easily be used for Rohan as well with the right paint job. They are a bit on the small side compared to more recent figures though, but I love 'em. Here are a few pics:

Looking at the Khurasan orcs, does anyone else think they are holding the spears too far back??
