It's a terrain expansion for Heroscape, but will non-Heroscape gamers be attracted by the trees?

It was suggested over on the WW1 Discussion board that I post this here;

For various reasons I've had a little more time on my hands than usual recently, and have been advancing my 1914 eastern front project (and a few other bits and pieces as well). The figures are mostly HaT. Plenty of pictures on my blog.

I think early war East is the most interesting part of the war. What color are you using for the A-H infantry?

I'm using a Vellejo darker grey (London Grey?) and adding a small amount of dark blue, although I can't help feeling that it's still too blue-ish. I prefer the more traditional 'pike grey' referred to in the Almark books.

Very nice blog and paint jobs there, Robin! Makes me want to open up those boxes of Zevzda Germans and Russians I bought on a whim.

Robin site is awesome! thumbs up I agree about the Eastern front. lots of stuff you can do. Austrians, Germans, Russians, Turks, Hungarians and more. My Russians and Germans are ready. I need to get the Turks ready. WWI can be very interesting to game.

Thanks,

John
