Excellent Work!

Thanks for the inspiration.

I just ordered some Foundry Egyptians and I am wondering: how exactly do the headdress work in real life? Do they really have the stripes running along and then across halfway down the material?

PB: Presumably the cloth is striped all in one direction – it is the folding of the cloth over the head (to keep the heat of the sun on the head down)to produce the head dress that produces the pattern seen. I am certainly no expert on the subject, however, and others may know better.
