Finally got the Strathbogie Gordon's finished and up on the Project Auldearn blog. Have been looking forward to modelling this regiment since we started the project…

Next regiment will be Earl of Sutherland's (Government) /Farquharson of Monaltrie (Royalists) – 2 command stands will allow double duty.

How many Scots does it take to make a herd? Just a beautiful large regiment there with very nice brushwork!

Top work. You are going to need a big table!

Those are awesome! I've always liked the Strathbogie Regiment for some reason. How many figures are in the regiment?

Thanks. Yes it is a big regiment. I added a couple of extra stand of shot and pike to allow me to field this as a large regiment. There are 16 in each shot sleeve and 24 in the pike block (incl command) so 56 models altogether.

Sent you a private message. Wanting your more recent thoughts on the Auldearn OOB and suggested ratings for the units. I am doing a game using Carnage & Glory II at MillenniumCon next month.

Any advice appreciated.

I just played Auldearn today and would also like to know what OB you used and how you managed the difficult terrain.
