I am beginning a wargames foundry Arthurian army. I may create a Saxon army as the enemy, but I was toying with the idea of elves and dwarves as the enemy army. does anyone have suggestions for an army compatible with Wargames Foundry Arthurian? I may want the elves allied with the Arthurian.

The old Vendel / Gripping Beast fantasy dwarves were great – now moved to Sgt Major Miniatures sgmm.biz . For Elves I would always recommend Thunderbolt Mountain ones. Those 2 choices would give a great contrast between the folks rather than them all looking looking like variations of each other……

I would imagine that dwarfs, elves, fairies and even goblins could all be part of your enemy host. Maybe with a colour theme to tie the figures together. skin or clothing or both.

I think the Thunderbolt Mountain idea is brilliant for the elves. Dwarves I'd do Red Box Games. All those lines share realistic proportions and would look lovely together.

The whole idea, I'm not so sure about… ;)

I like the dwarves. The elves, not so much. Thanks for the link.
