We played the 6th session of our Song of Blades & Heroes campaign last week, featuring a big multiplayer scenario with warbands exploring an ancient battlefield. There was loot hidden all over the place, but danger lurked as well! We had 4 players and 2 GMs running the monsters
all in all, a very fun game! Check out the full battle report here: link And here are a few pics of the action as it unfolded.

Great report and pictures. I need to stop buying with plans for a great game someday and get to work on the present. |

Looks and sounds like a great battle. Also, it looks like your ground cloth (which I quite like) was made using a technique similar to the one I'm experimenting with! Doug |

Deeman: Yes indeed! Live (and game) in the now! elsyrsyn: That ground cloth was just a piece of patterned fleece purchased from a local fabric store -- no extra painting or anything! |

Your not alone in the "buying for future awesome games". Need to dig through the stuff and get stuff made now! Especially terrain. Love these battle reports, makes me want to play! |

elsyrsyn: That ground cloth was just a piece of patterned fleece purchased from a local fabric store -- no extra painting or anything! Very cool. It has the same mottling effect I'm working towards with cotton sheets and acrylic paints. Doug |

Rudi -- I'm out of town next weekend, but if you are in the area you should check out Games Plus: games-plus.com It is about 30km outside of the city center but it's accessible by train. |
