MINIFIGs also did a very nice range in 15mm. |

The bulk of my WW1 figures are Peter Pig, with some Essex, Minifigs, Irregular and QRF (guns) stuff thrown in. |

The Jackson Gamers have extensive reviews with many photos on their RCW pages here: link |

Peter Pig is awesome and works well with Minifigs. Word of caution on Blue Moon
.they are 18mm and therefore noticeably larger than PP and Minifig. They are nice but I wouldn't mix Blue Moon with PP and Minifig. But that's a personal preference. |

I used Peter Pig and Minifigs. Irregular have some but they tend to be larger, especially the cavalry. |

Irregular do however make all sorts of weird and wacky artillery pieces, including medium and heavy guns. |

Another vote for Peter Pig although there are some annoying gaps in the ranges. |

I add my vote for Peter Pig and also irregular artillery highly recommended. |

Peter Pig and QRF for me! |

Peter Pig for me too, I have a RussoPolish War collection using almost all PP. Much as I love Blue Moon, not sure you could get much out of their current stuff for RCW though. They have late war Americans, Brits, and French then late war Germans. Not a Russian in sight. |

Cisco, Peter Pig are great my armies are both PP. I am thinking of selling hem if you fancy a ready to play collection? |

Yeah I might give buying them some thought. Are they ww1 or RCW minis ? And private message me your email so I can see some pics. |

If it's RCW, specifically, then the Pig rules. |

I would go with Blue Moon. The selection is incredible, and they have said they will be doing early war soon. |

So I am new to ww1 wargaming what rules are out that work good for 15mm company level battles for ww1 if any. Or would I be better making some mods to fow and playing that way ? |

FoW already has a WW1 variant. I don't play FoW so can't comment on how it plays but there is a dedicated Yahoo Group – FOW 1918. Robert |

I think those new soviet winter strelkovy guys from battlefront with the pointy hats would work as reds what do you guys think? |
Ned Ludd | 21 Sep 2013 9:48 a.m. PST |
I was thinking exactly the same about the new flames of war figures. And the release has set me to looking at 15mm RCW again. Lardies rules have a set for RCW but I am going to use a varient of the If the Lord Spares Us set of rules. |
