I placed an order around a month ago, and received an email that it was dispatched on the 11th of August. Haven't seen the parcel yet, though I got every other order placed around the same time in about 4-5 days time from other similar firms in the UK. Also having trouble contacting them. Sent an email through their website and two through my yahoo address, but no reply as of yet. Also provided two alternate addresses in the later email, so this shouldn't be a spamguard issue. Should I be worried? |

They have a notice up on their site of delays due to illness. I hope your stuff arrives expediently |

hmmm it is very odd that it has not arrived after a month.
I would have no doubt that you will get what you paid for though, but if it went missing as noted they may not be aware if ill. I will let Jo know about the post. |

Yea, that notice went soon after I placed the order, but I was still notified of the order status being "Dispatched" on the 11th. Thanks, AB! This was a sort of a last resort, didn't really know what to do next. |

Ditto. Didn't realize they were having health issues. Must be pretty bad to mess up their order facilitation – they've always been flawless in my experience. |

Hi! I have nearly the same problem. I ordered seme minis for cthulhu skirmish in august 24. got the mail, that my order was processing, but thats all. In the website, they said, that maybe 2 weeks to dispatch the orders, but my ordering was 3 weeks ago. I write 3 mails, but got no answers. I have no problem with the delay, but bit of disturbing that I have no answers or anything form them. Also have a problem: in the BCB website my adress seems wrong, there is showing only my country, my state and my postal code, but my name and my street adress are missing. When I clicked to the update the adress, I could se my correct adress, but only in that fields. I think maybe they can't answer to me, beacuse they net have a stucked (thinkig this because see the problems in the website), so if anybody have personal contact with them, I hope that man ( or women) can help to inform them my problems. ( my order number is 2213)

Has anybody heard anything from Black Cat lately.. they haven't replied to any emails or texts for nearly a month.Been trying to get hold of them to cancel an order but nothing an no further info.. |

Nope, and I never received that order mentioned above either. Luckily it wasn't more than 20 pounds, but I'm still somewhat disappointed. |

I started a claim in Paypal, but they didn't answer there too, so I got back back my money today. I'm so unhappy about this, because I really wanted the minis, it was the only that fits to my Strange Aeons ideas. Now I'm waiting them to back at business, and maybe give them an another chance. But still waiting to the lifesignals of the Black Cat… |

Sorry to hear about the poor health of black cat! First news ive read about it. Ive been sending messages for over two months eith no reply. Now i know why. Placed my order on the 13th august :-( too late to claim back through paypal. If this message gets picked up, my order no. Sad to hear about an illness but if that's the case they shouldn't still be trading if unable to complete. I've unfortunately had to take a dispute up with Paypal. :-( |

Any news on this case yet? Like a lot of people here, I've had an order (and my money) waiting with black cat since last autumn.
I Hope they're ok, but it would be good to actually know what's happening. That 'update' about illness has been onsite for many months now… |

Glad I found this thread. I was considering a big and (long-overdue) first order from this company. I'm sorry to hear of the illness. That's tough for any small business. Does anyone know anything more? The site seems to be making new product updates… |
