First of all I will say I realise they never actually took part in the AWI as the were mostly in Quebec. But hey when has that ever stopped wargamers from desiring certain units?
Anyway I was wondering if anyone could recommend any 28mm figures that would be suitably close enough for use in representing the Anhalt-Zerbst troops?

The field uniform almost looks like 1806 Prussians, or more possibly Saxons; not sure who does those in 28mm – Elite maybe?.

The other uniform resembles 1790s Austrian dragoons or chevauxleger. Perhaps the Eureka French Revolutionary War Austrians might be a good bet.

The guy in the red cloak is doing a Croat impression. The hat is a klobuk. I can't imagine where you're going to get a figure with a klobuk crowning a Prussian uniform. Maybe look for a Grenzer in a big red cape that covers up his uniform. Or maybe cover up a Grenzer's uniform with a custom cloak, made from my favorite medium, cigarette paper dipped in two-part epoxy. You'll need a pack of double-wides. In 1:20 wargame scale, you'll only need 3 or 4 of these guys.
