Here are our sample masters for our upcoming GNW Kickstarter sculpted by Paul Hicks.
The figures are being moulded at the moment after which Steve Dean has very kindly agreed to paint them to show them at their best.

Depends. Are they Russians or Swedes? Hope some Personality figs are in the works!

The rest of the uniform certainly indicates that they are Swedes.

How's the kickstarter gonna work on this?

The initial target will be £2,000.00 GBP to produce a set of Swedish infantry figures advancing including officers drummers sergeants musketeers and pike in tricorn's, stretch goals will then allow for casualties and mounted officers, cavalry then Artillery.
The RRP of the figures will be £1.10 GBPp for foot and £2.60 GBPp for mounted figures as they are for my WSS range, anybody backing the Kickstarter will get the figures for £1.00 GBP and £2.35 GBP for mounted, anybody backing the range to the Brigadier level of £72.00 GBP which will get you three regiments of 24 figures will receive a free mounted figure of King Charles if the Kickstarter is funded and also will be able to purchase future releases in the range including Russian and Danish figures at the same price plus a Free figure of Peter the Great if the range is funded up to producing the cavalry.
If the Range is funded we will Bring out the Russian and Danish figures our selves which will include Swedes and Russians in the Karpus headgear.

Not yet, I want to get the figures painted by Steve Dean first to show them at their best, the colour scheme of the Swedish uniforms looks great anyway but Steve's work will just bring them to life, I will post a direct link as soon as I start the kickstarter.
I've also decided to do figures with the Karpus in the initial release for variety plus make one of the stretch goals for a storming party attacking palisades with ladders and grenades with some foot figures with sword in one hand and musket in the other.

Hi Just a quick update on the GNW Kickstarter, the first castings are with Steve Dean for painting so hopefully the Kickstarter will be active soon, also I will be releasing a range of top quality fabric flags to accompany the range of figures.
As soon as I have pictures I will post them.

I hope to have the painted figures very soon then it will be all systems go, as well as the flags I will be releasing rules for the period, I can't wait to see the figures myself Steve's amazing talent and the striking colours of the Swedish uniforms should make for a very striking finished article.
The figures by Paul speak for themselves but the flags will be of a standard to match the figures, as soon as I have news I will post the details.
